Introduction:
The Jungle Launchpad is a collaborative effort from ASAC and Near Tiger Academy aiming to develop the NEAR NFT ecosystem and attract users, builders, and investors from other blockchains and increase NEAR adoption and use. The Jungle Launchpad offers projects a frictionless way of launching their NFTs to the blockchain for everyone to see, use, buy, and sell. The Jungle helps everyone who has a quality project to launch on the near blockchain without the technical hassle of smart contracts and marketing.
Terms and Conditions:
Please read these Terms and Conditions before using the Jungle Launchpad service operated by ASAC and Near Tiger Academy.
Your access and use of the Jungle Launchpad service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to everyone who wants to utilise this service. Any objections to these Terms will deny your access to the use of the Jungle Launchpad.
Payments:
- The Jungle Launchpad charges 20% of mint revenue.
- The Jungle Launchpad DOES NOT charge any percentage of royalties.
- The Jungle Launchpad DOES NOT charge any upfront payment.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- You have full ownership of the website that will be created for users to mint your NFTs.
- You have full ownership of all NFTs that you have created and minted, and have full permission to either transfer IP rights to the holders of the NFTs, or keep the IP rights to your company/project.
Identification:
- You HAVE to dox yourself to our team.
- You HAVE to show proof of concept.
- You HAVE to demonstrate how you plan to accomplish your project’s roadmap
You will be responsible for any business ideas or plan that you make or partake in:
The Jungle Launchpad is not liable to any actions you decide to do, or any business move that you take. The Jungle Launchpad team can act as advisors and advise you on your journey, but cannot be held accountable for any future endeavours/misfortunes.
